Ms. Shea is a retired senior partner and the founding member of the firm. She was raised in Memphis and graduated from law school at the University of Memphis in 1983. Her practice focused on the areas of divorce, child custody, alimony, child support, and paternity, both at the trial and appellate level. Having practiced family law and divorce litigation for decades, Ms. Shea represented her clients through legally sound advocacy and negotiations aimed at bringing an amicable and equitable resolution. As a Rule 31 Mediator trained in collaborative law, Ms. Shea successfully mediated family disputes with enduring, satisfying results.
