Olivia Garber graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Electronic Media. She graduated from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2017 with a certificate in Health Law. During law school, Garber served as Senior Notes editor on the editorial board for the University of Memphis Law Review, where she was published and received an award for 2017 Best Note Runner-up. She will be reprinted in part in the forthcoming 5th edition of UC Berkeley law professor Nancy Lemon’s Domestic Violence Law casebook.

While in law school, Garber also worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Pamela L. Reeves of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, served as a student attorney in the Memphis CHiLD Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic, and received an Excellence Award for distinguished class performance in Divorce Law Practicum.
