Mr. Moskovitz was born and raised in Memphis, TN.  Upon receipt of his B.A. from the University of Georgia, Mr. Moskovitz returned to Memphis to attend law school at Memphis State University (now University of Memphis).  Mr. Moskovitz has been practicing family law in Memphis since 1992.  In 1993, Mr. Moskovitz joined with Wanda B. Shea, and the two have been partners since 1997.  The two have established one of the larger domestic relations law firms in the State of Tennessee.   Mr. Moskovitz practices in the area of divorce, child custody/parenting, alimony, child support, adoption, and parentage/paternity.   Mr. Moskovitz practices extensively at both the trial court and appellate court levels, and has handled several high profile cases.  Most notably, Mr. Moskovitz was the prevailing attorney in the Tennessee Supreme Court cases of Berryhill v. Rhodes and Barnes v. Barnes.  Mr. Moskovitz lectures frequently on all areas of domestic relations/family law.  Mr. Moskovitz also serves on numerous community boards, including the University of Memphis Law Alumni Board.
