Ms. Warden is a native of Dyersburg, Tennessee. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Memphis in Psychology. Ms. Warden obtained her law degree at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where she received Excellence Awards in Bioethics & the Law and in Health Law Seminar. During law school Ms. Warden was a member of the Moot Court Board and competed in two national appellate advocacy competitions. She began her practice of law in 2015, following serving her alma mater as the law school’s Assistant Director of Admissions, Scholarships, and Recruiting.
