Ms. Hillis is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. She began her practice of law in 2006, following the completion of a judicial clerkship for United States Magistrate Judge Thomas Anderson in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. During law school, Ms. Hillis received Excellence Awards in Juvenile Law, Secured Transactions, Nonprofit Organizations and Advanced Constitutional Law. Ms. Hillis joined the firm in July of 2011 to concentrate exclusively on her family law litigation practice, including divorce, child custody, adoption, child support and alimony.
